Data collected & purpose
Through the contact form, we collect your first name, your email address and your message (use case). Sole purpose: to answer your request. No data is used for advertising or sold.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.
Recipients & processors
Your data is processed by the publisher only. The site is self-hosted; the sole technical third party is Cloudflare (reverse-proxy / tunnel), through which network requests transit. No contact-form data is sent to an AI model. On Pumaï instances deployed for a client, any AI-model processing depends on the keys and connectors the client configures themselves (the client provides their own keys) — each client controls those transfers.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our exchanges, then deleted or archived.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. A privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics measurement may be used (aggregated, anonymous statistics).
